  • Jen cut her teeth as a business professional as a CPA at PwC and then Moss Adams over 25 years ago.  This started her love for effective and efficient business systems that create both solid bottom-lines and positive impact.  While her skill-set and specialization evolved over the years, the core of her focus with clients is developing and equipping leaders to be effective, efficient, and empathic as they grow themselves and their companies.  She has helped hundreds of clients get the right people doing the right processes consistently.  They had engaged teams that loved what they did, exceeded expectations, and grew the company along the way.  Everyone won.
